Extravaganza tickets will be on sale Tuesday, 1-20-15 through Thursday, 1-22-15 during lunch hours. Ticket prices are $4.00 each and pizza & pop will be available for purchase during the extravaganza. Students that have been suspended out of school with a step 4 or higher will NOT be allowed to purchase a ticket. Students that received an in-house during the week of extravaganza or those that are absent the day of extravaganza will NOT be allowed to attend. Also, students must pay all library fines before they are allowed to purchase tickets. Any questions, please stop in office 12. There will NOT be any ticket sold on Friday, 1-23-15, the day of the extravaganza

Monroe High School Principal Valerie Orr will be interviewed on the WERW radio show “Get to Know Monroe on the radio” at 10 a.m. Sunday (Jan. 11) on 94.3 FM. In the 10-minute interview, Mrs. Orr talks about the early successes of the school’s Allies in Monroe (AIM) program and the results from the first trimester of Direct College. Make sure you tune in and listen. This is the first edition of the show which will feature different Monroe Public Schools administrators and air Sundays at 10 a.m. on 94.3 Rewind.
