Each trimester the teams rotate responsibility for planning and implementing one of three leadership projects: the Community of Leaders’ Assembly, a service project of their choice, and the Manor Morning Announcements. In addition to these responsibilities, teams plan events together to Sharpen the Saw, sit together during Community of Leaders assemblies and buddy up to practice for student- led conferences, reading activities and other learning experiences. We love that opportunities for student mentorship in this structure occur authentically every school day!
