GOT WORK!
Get it done, turn it in, it's not that hard!
Monroe Middle School has developed and implemented the "Got Work!" program. "Got Work!" recognizes the efforts of our students who get all of their work turned in. All around the building are our "Got Work!" posters that help to remind students about the importance of getting every class assignment turned in on time. Each poster contains a picture of students who have successfully turned in every single assignment.
The "Got Work!" program has produced amazing results during it's first quarter:

30% increase in our All A students.

45% of our student body has earned all A’s or all A’s and B’s.

95.6% of the grades issued were passing grades.

31% reduction in the number of students who received at least one D or F grade.
We are confident that these grades reflect a increase in the learning of our students and are excited to see the impact that the "Got Work!" program will have on our common assessments and MEAP results. Most importantly, the work habits that MMS students are learning will establish a pattern of success that we hope will carry over for them through to high school graduation.
