8th grade Washington DC/Gettysburg class trip fundraiser #1: The first fundraiser for the Washington DC/Gettysburg 8th grade class trip has begun. Participants of this fundraiser should have a child registered for the trip by the conclusion of the fundraiser so appropriate credit can be applied toward a trip. Order forms can be picked up by students anytime of the day in Mr. Pilgrim’s room (room 402), or by printing the attached order form (see bottom). All orders must be returned with payments to Mr. Pilgrim no later than November 10th so Monica has enough time to bake the pies and have them ready for pickup November 14th. All orders will be picked up at MMS November 14th. More information on pickup is forthcoming via email. All messages will be sent to the email address you provided when registering your child for the trip. If you should have any questions about this fundraiser, please contact Mr. Pilgrim.
On this document there is a trip and group number that you will need to register online or through the mail (see the pdf at the bottom of the page). The medical form attached at the bottom of the page is a two page document that should be printed back to back so when it is notarized it is good for both pages. If an individual has to print the document on two pages, they should have both pages notarized.
