Monroe High School

-The time and date of the ceremony -- 6:30 p.m., Friday, June 3,

-The place -- Monroe High School Bunkleman Field (weather permitting.)  In case of inclement weather, ceremonies will be held inside and a ticket will be required for entry. 

-The names of any speakers -- MPS Superintendent Dr. Barry Martin, MHS Principal Mrs. Sandra Kreps, Madyson Farris, Class of 2016 president

-The number of graduates -- 428

-Who is passing out diplomas -- Board of Education members

-Who is providing music -- Monroe High School Band

-Any miscellaneous information about special guests, performances, etc. – As per tradition, the 46 summa cum laude graduates will perform a skit.  For the third consecutive year, the graduation ceremonies will be carried live on MPACT, streamed live over YouTube and carried live via closed circuit television in the MHS Auditorium for persons who want to watch the proceedings from inside an air-conditioned venue.
